Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a look at the snow and sand tent stake. This is going to help in those conditions where we have very lightweight ground that we're trying to get into, sand or snow. Typically, your usual stakes, they're just not going to give you the same holding power that this will. It has a wider base, and it is going to be a little bit longer than those stakes. So, it's going to hold really well.So let's take a closer look and make sure that this is going to be the right fit for you.
It is made out of a bright aluminum construction. So, it's easily visible even in those snowy conditions or on the beach, pretty easy to spot even at a distance.As far as the length, overall, it's about 12-7/8" tall. From the bottom to our mounting hole there, it's about 11-1/4". The overall width is roughly four inches, maybe about 3-7/8". Weighs less than half an ounce, just about 0.48 ounce.
And you do get a single stake with this, but again should be a great addition to your pack if you're going to be camping anywhere on the beach or in really snowy conditions.So that's going to do it for our look at the wing tent stakes.
