The waterproof construction of these lights make them ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. Each circuit board is sealed, which means that water will not damage the diodes or circuit board.
If a trailer is 80" or wider at its widest point, then it requires rear clearance lights in addition to basic trailer lights. These clearance lights indicate the width of the trailer when it is viewed from the back.
To meet these requirements on a flatbed utility trailer where the bed extends past the wheels, you can install combination trailer lights that include the rear clearance function. For proper mounting, the lights must be installed at the widest points on the rear of the trailer - one on each corner.
A PC-rated light produces a 90-degree angle of light to either side of its centerline for a total of 180 degrees of coverage. This beam pattern can be clearly seen when you are standing directly in front of the light, as well as when you are standing on either side of the light. When properly installed, this type of light can function as both a front clearance light and a side marker light or as a rear clearance light and side marker light.

Great quality. Super simple to install. It is all in one and the wiring harness is one piece. Makes the job simple. Lights are bright. I added side marker lights.
So far, so good. I used this kit on my boat trailer. So far it seems to be holding up, although I unplug it for launching the boat just in case. I certainly wouldn't recommend using the splices that come with this kit seeing as they are anything but waterproof.
I am happy with how fast it was delivered. But the packing worried me. The small plastic lights were just tossed into the box along with the very heavy trailer hitch. The edge of the box was torn. The heavy metal hitch could have very easily crushed the plastic items. Maybe those could have been placed inside a rolled up paper bag.
But lucking out there was no breakage.
I will review after I install. But I like it. The led light wires are big enough to splice onto other wires.

The LED trailer lights installed by Trailer Works continue to perform well after over a year of service. No leaks.
Could have bought same quality at Harbor Freught for $[XX] less!! Typical made in China inferior hardware, missing bolts, not enough connectors, etc

They are still working perfectly! Great not having to worry about my trailer lights while i tow my boat
I needed an extra set of stop/turn lights for a bike rack. You couldn’t see the existing lights when I put a bike cover on. Problem solved. Very bright. Works and looks as described.

I give the product a good rating So far. I'm not finished yet but it's coming along. The negative to me is the instructions. First is the size of printing (small and unreadable) of the combined picture of the trailer and electrical schematic (2" x 1"). It is very hard to follow and understand. Helpful tips would be a good idea. The added rear light bar I ordered needs some attention as to mounting and wiring. I think once I get through with the wiring and assembly I will be happy. All the lights and mounting technique seems well done.

Love the product. I was looking on eBay for parts to fit my present lights. This system is much better and more inclusive for parts than anything I found on eBay. I started out thinking I would just replace one taillight (or both) on my aged boat trailer. Replacing the entire system is a far better decision. Vast quality improvement for the same money. But the videos and telephone/email supports for placing orders at etrailer are phenomenal. They have become my "go to" source for my trailer needs. Great products, great prices, great support. This kit was fantastic. It was easy to install. I made a few mods, like soldering all the wire connections, then taping them. The lights are so much better than the incandescent ones I had before. Very pleased with this kit and etrailer. Resonable price and fast shipping were the icing on the cake.
