Im looking for a Wesbar 102641 bundle of all the lights and wiring. Possible? How much?

It is definitely possible. We have an all-in-one kit, the Optronics Waterproof Light Kit with Wiring Harness part # TLL16RK. The lamps included in this kit are very similar to the Wesbar lamps you referenced.
The kit comes with with 2 universal-mount, waterproof LED tail lights, a license-plate bracket, a 25-foot wiring harness with 4-pole connector and mounting hardware.
