Your trailer should have a placard or sticker on it that will provide the recommended tire size. If it states 4.80/4.00-8 then I recommend Kenda # AM10002 and its maximum load is 590 pounds at 60 psi.
Based on your 4x8 utility trailer that has a maximum weight rating of 1,180 pounds you will be just fine hauling your 800 pound motorcycle.
Adding bigger tires won't increase the amount of weight you can carry. The overall capacity of this tire-and-wheel assembly is limited to the lowest rated component. Therefore, your utility trailer can hold a maximum of 1,180 pounds.
If you provide me with the year, make and model of your vehicle, I will be more than happy to recommend a trailer hitch. Be sure to check your owners manual for the towing capacity of your vehicle before towing.
I have included a couple links with FAQ and video reviews for you as well.
