Adapter to Tow a 2010 Toyota Yaris Behind Motor Home and Carry Bike Rack at Same Time

I want to tow a 2010 Toyota Yaris 2400 Lbs behind my Motorhome and carry 2 Touring bikes on the same hitch. Do you have a Hitch Receiver Adaptor that will accommodate my need for a 6inch drop for TowBar to the Yaris and above that the receiver sleeve for the Bike Rack?

Roadmaster High-Low adapter # RM-077-4 offers a 4 inch drop. Most tow bars have a range of 3 inches up or down from level so a 4 inch drop should still work just fine.
