Recommended Dual Hitch Adapter for Flat Towing and Carrying Bike Rack
Question:
Do you have A duel hitch extension four towing a vehicle with a tow bar and carrying a bike rack. I need 5 inches of clearance between the pinhole and the upper receiver on the extension with a 5 inch rise.

Expert Reply:
The closest available solution, and what I recommend is the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 4" Drop/Rise # RM-077-4. The distance between the hitch pin holes on the receivers is 6-1/4" and there are 4" between the top of the lower receiver and bottom of the top receiver. I've also linked photo with some dimensions that will allow you to determine if this will work for you, but it is the tallest dual hitch adapter I've seen that can be used for this purpose.
