Prodigy Brake Controller Wiring Adapter for 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic Body
Question:
Do I still need the 3015-S adaptor to use a Tekonsha Prodigy with my 2007 Silverado Classic that has the trailering/towing package, and includes a Z82 wiring adaptor that plugs into the electrical box above the drivers left foot, and has 5 wires on it?

Expert Reply:
Yes, if you already have the Prodigy brake controller and are simply wanting to move it to your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, you will need to use the brake control wiring adapter # 3015-S.
This adapter would plug in where you indicated and will connect to the back of the brake controller.
