You'd need the Replacement Pivot and Tongue Hardware, part # Y8780018.

I spoke with my contact over at Yakima HQ and found that the little screw that holds the shank adapter on is not available by itself so they suggested for you to find a screw locally. The screw is a 1/4-20 x 0.5. And it is just a steel screw.
