Trailer Brakes Will Not Lock Up Even with Full Battery Power
Question:
I have a 2022 Aztec tandem axle trailer with rear axel brakes. I can not get the brakes to lock up even with full battery power I have replaced trailer plug and wire went from 14g to12 g both sides have been replaced with complete brake asm what am I missing?

You may need to adjust the trailer brakes. Trailer brakes will need an initial adjustment so they are set properly. You need to be able to hear a slight but constant drag of the pads on the drum when the wheel is turned. I have linked a video to the right that should help. Go to about the 4 minute mark to see our installer adjusting the brakes.
