I have 2013 F150 4door cab with 6.5 ft bed. Has heavy duty towing package with Eco Boost engine. Looking at 30 ft Cruiser fifth wheel rv which is abou gvw. Can you tell me what type hitch would be best to have a Good turning radius without getting into the cab. Thank you

The first thing you will need is an installation kit. For a custom installation kit that will install quicker and require less drilling than universal kits, you can use Curt install kit # C16441-204 or Reese install kit # RP56006-53. The Reese kit will be easiest to install because the brackets mount to the outsides of the frame rails.

If you want to avoid getting in an out of the truck cab to make tight turns while towing a 5th wheel trailer with your 2013 Ford F-150, I recommend using a fixed 5th wheel hitch and then adding a Sidewinder pin box to the trailer. For a fixed hitch I like the Reese 20K, # RP30928, because it has a proven track record of quality and one of the most secure jaws available of any hitch.

A Sidewinder will move the pivot point back 22 inches so you will not have to get in and out of the truck to use a slider hitch.

But not all trailers can accept a Sidewinder. You will need to check the trailer pin box for a sticker or plate that has the manufacturer and model number of just the pin box. With that information I can determine if there is a Sidewinder that will fit. I have included a link to our Sidewinder information page for you.
