Question:
OUR BOYSCOUT TROOP RECIEVE AN EX-AMBULANCE TO HAUL OUR EQUIPMENT IN. I HAVE PUT A HITCH ON IT. THE PROBLEM IS THE THE TURN SIGNALS ARE SEPARATE FROM THE BREAKLIGHTS. THE TRAILER IS WIRED NORMAL. IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE THEM WORK WITHOUT ADDING MORE LIGHTS TO THE TRAILER?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes there is, you would need to install the Curt Trailer Wiring harness part # C59496 on your ambulance and it will convert the separate trailer wiring to a combined signal that would work well on your trailer.
I attached installation instructions and an install video that shows a typical installation to show you how to test the circuits and install this harness.
