With as much of a lift as you have and how tall your tires are it would surprise me if you could tow a fifth wheel trailer. Your best option for towing your trailer would be to return your truck back to stock height. The various issues you potentially will have trying to tow a trailer with a vehicle as tall as yours would be pretty hard to deal with.

The only option to tow your trailer level would be to lift the trailer, lifting a trailer 6 plus inches is not exactly safe as the trailer will become top heavy and would be more susceptible to sway. We would not recommend this.

The adapter part # CAB-C5G that you referenced is designed for trailers with gooseneck hitches towing a fifth wheel trailer and would not work for you.

Even if you could get a hitch with a low enough profile to work on your truck the bed rails of the truck would interfere.
