I am not sure what the 15 is but a 7.00-10 is an old tire size. It designates a 7 inch wide tire on a 10 inch diameter wheel. The overall height of the 7.00-10 tire would be around 21.2 inches.

The modern equivalent would be a 205/65-10. I have incldued a link to the tires we carry in this size. All of the tires in this size fit a 6 inch wide wheel. Wheel width is measured with the tire off of the wheel and is the inside width, not outside to outside.

I have also included links to several helpful articles on tires for you.
