Remove or Trim the Underbody Panel on a 2014 Toyota Highlander for a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch

I have a 2014 toyota highlander, how much of the bumper skirt would i have to cut or does hitch sit below skirt ?

The installation instruction for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2"
Item # e98844, which I have linked, includes instructions on how to remove and trim the underbody panel. I have also attached an installation video for you.
To complete your towing setup, you may also be interested in the etrailer.com ball mount kit part # 989900. This comes with ball mounts, ball and a pin and clip and the Tow Ready Wiring Harness part # 118449. I attached an install video for this product also.
