Today we're going to be taking a look at part number DM57362, this is the Demco 4-Hole Adjustable Channel Bracket. Channel bracket's going to offer three different mounting positions for your ball coupler, your Lunette ring, or your clevis on your trailer. This is designed to be a weld on installation. You'll have position one, position two, and position three. It's made from a sturdy steel construction. It's going to have a thickness of about 3/8 of an inch.

It's got that raw steel finish on it, so it's going to require less prep work when you're ready to weld this onto your application. Weight capacity for this channel bracket is 20,000 pounds. If we take a measurement of the overall height, it's going to give us a measurement of about eight inches. The channel width, measuring from inside edge to inside edge, is going to be about three inches. The mounting holes are going to be separated on center by two inches, that's going to be the same distance for each set of holes. The hole diameter is going to measure just over 5/8 of an inch. This system's designed to work with 5/8 inch diameter bolts.
