Is 10K GTW rating of the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution the Maximum Capacity

Is the GTW listed the maximum or is it specifically for 10000lb ?

Hey Rick, thanks for reaching out!
The 10K GTW rating of the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA94-00-1000 is the max trailer weight the system can handle.
With that being said, when you choose a WDH you need make your selection based off the loaded tongue weight of your trailer as opposed to the GVWR of the trailer. For example, if your trailer has a GVWR of 10,000 lbs then an appropriate loaded tongue weight (at max capacity) will be 1,000 lbs - 1,500 lbs so you'll want something rated a little higher like the Blue Ox 12K # BLU75FR so you have a little more room to work with the tongue weight.
