Hey Chad,

A plug-and-play wiring harness is not included, though you can get one for your 2015 Chevy Silverado and the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195.

All you need is the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3016.
