What is the Radius of a 5.30-12 Tire

Question:

What is the total radius out from center where the hub goes of this tire wheel combo? I have a PWC trailer that had 4.80-8 wheels and tires on it and I need to make sure these larger ones will clear the fender.

Hey Wesley, thanks for reaching out!

The radius of the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30850 is 10.95" so just shy of 11".

A standard 4.80-8 tire has an overall diameter of 16.1" while a 5.30-12 tire has an overall diameter of 21.9" for a difference of 5.8".

This tire will be 2.9" closer to the fender so you'll need about 7" of clearance with your current tire to make sure the larger tire has 4" of fender clearance to account for suspension flex.
