Looking for a tandom axle spring over/under kit 2 3/8 axle diameter. Its for a 2023 patriot car hauler trailer. Back drags even with a 4 reciever when mud runner on it.

Hi Shane; for an over/under kit for your 2-3/8" diameter trailer axles what you will need is the following:

- Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00

Keep in mind this kit is for a single axle only, so for a tandem axle you will need to order a quantity of two.

Yes, if you wanted to drill a different hole in your trailer suspension rear hangers you could and this would allow the spring to be held at a different height. Just make sure it's not too close to the current hole.

We do have a way for you to lift your trailer with what are 2-3/8" diameter axles (which is the size of 3,500 lb axles as there aren't 2-1/2" axles I'm aware of), though not with lift blocks with longer U-bolts.…
