Yes, your Warn 17081 will fit the Bulldog Winch Universal Mounting Plate for Truck and Trailer Winches # BDW20291. It has the standard 10" x 4-1/2" mounting pattern Warn uses and the same 10" fairlead spacing as your 17081.
