What size of stem should I order for a Kendra K353 Bias Trailer Tire 5.30.12 Load Range C?

The Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire # AM10066 that you referenced is designed to be inflated to 80 psi so you will need a valve stem that is at least rated for 80 psi.
It also depends on the diameter of the rim hole that is designed for the valve stem. Most likely its .625 of an inch. If so, I would recommend the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 as it has plenty of capacity it has a 100 psi rating.
If you have a .453 diameter hole for the valve stem you would want part # AM20904, this also has a 100 psi rating.
