Hi Jim,

WeatherTech unfortunately doesn't make the TechLiner bed mat for a 2023 Chevy Silverado 6-1/2' bed but does for the 5-3/4' and 8' beds. They have a newer 'ImpactLiner' in the works that they've stated would be a compatible fit but it's about 5-8 weeks out (Feb 2024 for reference) according to their tech department.

If you don't want to wait then I recommend going with the Black Armour Heavy-Duty Custom Truck Bed Mat # BA68AR. Black Armour bed mats are 1/2" thick and built for heavy duty applications to help protect your bed. It's not as custom-fitting as the WeatherTech mats but the quality is top notch compared to other compatible brands.
