Parts Needed To Install a 7-Way to Operate Electric Trailer Brakes Behind a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Wi

My vehicle, a 2020 Palisade comes prewired for a 4 pin. Will a 4 to 7 pin adapter work to operate my trailer brakes? I have a 2014 Rockwood Pop-up with an existing electric brake system.

You are going to need more than just an Adapter # HM47180 to operate the trailer brakes on your 2014 Rockwood camper from your 2020 Hyundai Palisade. Our 7-Way Kit # ETBC7 will provide you with a 7-way which connects to your current 4-way and the wiring needed to install an in cab brake controller. I have linked an installation video near the bottom of the page which shows the installation of this 7-way kit with the Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller # C51170 so you can see everything involved and decide if you want to complete the installation yourself or use our installer link also near the bottom of the page to find a shop near you.
