Good morning Alan, thanks for the question. The short answer is yes, you can tow your toy hauler with the B&W 20K Companion Hitch # BWRVK3710, provided you are staying under the 20K weight limit.

That said, you will have to be very aware of your cargo weight at all times. With the UVW weight just under 17K, you do have some room to spare. I am not sure what kind of toy you plan to haul, but when you factor in the weight of the toy, and all of your fuel, food, water, gear ect you may end up cutting it pretty close with the 20K hitch. So it will mean keeping track of your loaded weight and pin weight and possibly a trip or two to the scales.

It is worth mentioning that there is a 25K rated B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3715. Using this would get rid of any concerns of overloading the hitch and would allow you to load the camper a lot closer to the full GVWR. I know they are a bit pricy but if you plan to tow frequently, or if you have a larger heavier toy to haul, it will be one less thing you need to worry about. Or if you are someone like me who will overthink it and constantly worry about it, it might be worth upgrading to the 25K hitch just for the peace of mind. Otherwise, the 20K hitch will do fine provided you keep the weight down.
