Hello can you tell me if this draw tite hitch DT42MR requires cutting of the bumper on a 2024 Acura MDX? Thank you

Yes, cutting of the bumper fascia will be required when installing the Draw-Tite # DT42MR on a 2024 Acura MDX. You are basically cutting a 4" x 3.5" rectangle (see the image below). So the instructions are clear on exactly where to cut. I have also linked our install video below if you want to see how it's done.
