Inner and Outer Diameter of the Xtreme Off-Road Swing Up Trailer Jack

Your answer to the size or the mounting tube bracket on the ARK57FR trailer jack is confusing. You say that it fits a 2 1/2 inch tube. Most tube mounts on trailers are 2inch diameter. The inner diameter of the jack mount is 2inch .Am I correct?
