Recommended Air Bags for a 2014 F-150 w/ a 5th Wheel Hitch

I bought fifth wheel rails from you guys for my 2014 F-150, I’m wondering if I can install air lift springs on the truck with the fifth wheel hitch and a 4 inch suspension lift kit? I was looking at the 88200 kit.

Yes, you can and welcome back. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL88200 do fit your 2014 F-150 and they are compatible with an in bed hitch. I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get these air bags set up.
Since your truck has a 4" lift you will need a spacer. The size of the spacer will be determined off of how big of lift you have in the rear so you will want to measure if you're unsure. If you have a 2"-3" lift in the rear you will need the Air Lift Spring Spacers item # AL52420. If you have a 4" lift in the rear you'll need the Air Lift Spring Spacers item # AL52440. If it's less then 2" you won't need one.
I recommend adding the Air Command Compressor System item # F2610. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from the comfort of your cab.
