Question:

The TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs # TLF2015 and # TLF3005 that you referenced are a fit for the 2009-2013 Ford F-150 with regular cab and 8-foot bed. They can mount on trucks without a hitch receiver, and ones with factory and aftermarket hitches. They are not compatible with running boards that extend past the cab.
Please note that TorkLift recommends using a rubber bed mat like # DZ85005 to protect the truck bed and the camper. The tie-downs are not compatible with drop-in plastic bed liners; such use voids their warranty.
The specific mounting points for the frame-mounted receiver brackets are shown in the linked instructions. The tie-down inserts can be easily removed when the camper is not in use. Color photos illustrate the specific attachment points that you should be able to find on your truck frame. All required hardware is included.
