i have 2014 ford f150 4x4 crew cab long bed. which timbren spring kit for the rear would you suggest

You found the correct part; the Timbren # TFR1504D are the springs you're looking for and are a confirmed fit on your 2014 Ford F-150. The Timbren # TFR1504D-P3 is designed for an F-150 with a 4"+ lift and the # TFRTT1502D is designed for service type vehicles (like a tow truck), so they're not the correct option for your truck.
