Hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern are very common. In order to determine the correct replacement hubs I would need to know the inner and outer bearing numbers stamped into the metal of the bearings or I would need measurements of the spindle to the thousandth of an inch.

To get the most accurate measurement you would need to use dial or digital calipers. I have included a picture that shows the measurements needed and where to measure on the spindle.

The issue is that on hubs with 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern for 15 inch wheels there could be 1 of 3 possible inner bearings and 1 of 2 possible outer bearings. To get it right the first time the bearing numbers or precise measurements will be needed.

Also, do you need just idler hubs or hub and drum assemblies.
