Wire Colors and Functions onTekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller and 2014 GMC Sierra 2500
Question:
I got the colours for the voyageur brake controller and what they do and I have the colours and what they do .. I want to make sure its right can you tell me the colour wire matches

On the Voyager brake controller, # 39510, the wire colors and functions are as follows:
White is ground
Black is 12 volt power
Blue is output to the trailer brakes
Red is input from the stop light switch
On the 2014 GMC Sierra 3/4 and 1-Ton trucks the wiring should be as follows:
Tow Page Red to brake controller black
Tow Package Dark Blue to controller blue
Tow Package Light Blue or Orange to controller red
Tow Package White to controller white
