I have good news for you because no drilling whatsoever into your 2024 BMW X5 M is needed to install the Stealth Hitches that fit, which are the following:

- Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH22MR

- Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH64MR

As far as the right option for you, the # SH64MR is for using accessories like a bike rack only, while the # SH22MR is for accessories as well as towing a trailer.
