Can The Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Gooseneck Hitches Be Used With A Sidewinder?

I have a 1307 B and W round ball how do i make this work with it? Can this be used with a sidewinder kingpin?

The Demco # DM6140 will work with your B&W 1307 Turnoverball gooseneck hitch as is. The B&W gooseneck hitch uses a square hole for the ball, so you will just remove the ball, and the Demco # DM6140 will go directly into the square hole.
That being said, we do not recommend using this adapter with a sidewinder pin box.
