Should Leaf Springs on Trailer Sit Totally Level

Question:

Hello. Bought and installed a 3 leaf slipper on my 15 smoker craft aluminum. Its tilting fwd down/aft up. I mounted it the same as the one i replaced using the bottom mounting hole on the fwd frame mount theres also upper hole. Should the leafs/ axle be tilted back or would it be best to mount forward end to upper hole to get the leafs/axle more level? ive got picture to send if possible.

Ideally the leaf springs sit as level as possible. If they are going to angle at all you would want the front maybe a little higher than the rear but perfectly level is the most ideal. I would recommend using the mounting holes that allow it to sit totally level.
