What are the bolt hole pattern dimensions for the resistor top center to center and the overall length and width of the master cylinder

The overall dimensions of the # T4395100 are 2-1/8" wide x 7-1/8" long. If you count the top plate as part of the width it is 2-1/4" wide. The mounting dimensions are 1-5/8" wide x 3-5/8" tall.
