The vacuum breaker lets you attach a handheld shower set (sold separately) to make cleaning mud and sand off the kids, pets, and shower walls even easier. The vacuum breaker also has an anti-siphon device - a small air hole that drains water back out of the hose to prevent your dirty shower water from contaminating your clean water supply.
Using the standard NPSM inlet shanks, slide the new valve and deck plate in place through the already existing mounting holes. Hand-tighten the included mounting nuts against the backside of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

No more cold blasts and wasted water trying to adjust temperature; a "must do" for dry campers. I'm changing all the faucets to single handle! Also has lower profile then original providing a bit more room to maneuver. Created a mounting panel from a small poly cutting board painted to match.

Well, my first impression when I received this faucet was a food one. I was pleasantly surprised with the look and quality of this faucet, considering it’s an RV faucet. Everything was fine until I tested it out. The valve is reversed on it, I installed it with the shower hose on top and the hot(red) water line to the left connection and the cold (blues) to the right side. When I turned on the water, I had to turn the lever to the right to get hot water to come out. Single lever faucets should be turned to the left so the top of the lever will be facing to the left for hot water. So, a 30 minute job ending up taking me an hour and twenty minutes to take it off again and switch the water lines and a lot of messy re-caulking . I went from 5 stars to 2 stars...

Thank you for your review. Technically, you can install this valve either way with the vacuum breaker pointing up or down, thus, making the handle flip left or right.
Just installed this in our Lance 1172 camper. So impressed with the product and easy, easy installation! The only change we made was to install it upside down so the shower hose would hang from the bottom (suggested by others). Works great! This is the place for all your RV needs. Thanks etrailer !!!!
Very nice upgrade to our shower. Much easier to get the right temp quickly and consistently and saves water in the process. If you are trying to conserve water, you should try this faucet. Very impressed and very impressed with etrailer customer service. Best in the business.
After a year of daily use, it still looks nice and functions perfectly. I am very pleased with the purchase. It is an excellent replacement for the two handle faucet that had a bad breaker valve. The finish still cleans as nicely as though it was new.

Lasted until Jul 3, 2022, then started leaking under handle. eTrailer does not have repair parts and sent me to their distributor who only sells wholesale. I had to replace the faucet and did not have 2-3 weeks to wait for eTrailer. I ordered a similar one online which arrived within 3 days. I am very disappointed. I full time RV. Bucket sponge baths in my tiny rv shower stall was not fun.
All the items I have ordered have been 1st class. Your customer support is excellent and seamless. Good Job.
Seems nice; but the handle is way too big. The handle is large; very large. It's waaaaaaaaay too easy to bump it in the typical cramped RV shower, sending the water temperature who knows where. That can be exciting, but it's often an unpleasant experience, especially when you have shampoo running into your eyes and you're trying to fumble with it to get the temperature back into a comfortable range. If that sounds like first hand experience...you get it.
After using it for two days, we swapped it back out for the old one; a standard two knob variety.
To make matters worse, since we'd used it, etrailer wouldn't take it back, so we scrapped it.
Nice fast and easy installation. I suggest flipping the handle around so the hose Feeds out the bottom. Can be done very easily just be careful and make sure things line up when you put it back together.
I installed it today it took me a whoppin 10 minutes. I'm going to redo the caulking around the tub and ir will look like brand new. The sink is a project for tomorrow.
Perfect fit in my FR3 30DS RV shower and perfect fit with the adjustable shower head system. Easy to install and wow does it look great!
Product was as advertised. And delivered promptly. etrailers kept us updated as to expected delivery. Overall a company I’d be happy to do business with again.
Great choice to replace our stock handles that would get bumped and change water temp. easy conversation.

Finally, an RV shower valve that works! No more turning one or the other knob & getting a blast of too hot or cold water, this valve provides fine temperature control like I get at home. Saves water too by getting the right temp faster, and it looks sharp. This alone earns the 5 stars!
Installation was only okay, the backside hot/cold connection pipes were 1/4 inch longer than the original, requiring some tricky re-work to fit into my confined wall panel & against the shower wall.
The valve arrived faster (!) than promised!! I'm very happy.

Likely the single best upgrade to my RV fast, sure temperature control, still working great!
Love the #277-000024 Ultra single handle faucet! We installed it in our 2013 Heartland 405 Road Warrior & works perfectly.
Note: Our old shower hose was a 3/4" and the Ultra has a 1/2" connection so we had to buy a connector in order to use our old shower hose.

We absolutely love the one handle faucet still works perfectly 1 yr later!
I received the item and it's exactly what I wanted. Along with this item I purchased the Ultra Single Handle shower faucet. We bought a 2016 Quantum and a cheap white shower head faucet kit had been installed. (all other faucets in the rig are brushed nickel) Now, I have this beautiful brushed nickel shower kit and it looks GREAT. Very easy to install. Even my husband is pleased. THX

I like the look and ease of operation of the faucet. The problem is our 2020 Jayco Melbourne 24L is using plex plumbing. The clearance inside the wall makes the cold side or pex impossible to connect. The faucet needs to have the plastic threads shortened to fit the pex and allow the faucet to be snug to the shower wall. Simple, just cut the threaded pipe to fit the connection. Well, I finally got the faucet hooked up and it leaked all over. I used a plastic pipe saw. Have any ideas. Thanks, Nate

You will probably need a PVC to pex adapter. Sometimes this is called a shark bite fitting. The size depends on the diameter of your pex tubing. The diameter of the sink inlets are half inch.
Works as intended. For light build one hand water mixer valve works as good as can be expected. By low pressure use it is not always easy to get exactly the desired temperature, but then I guess you would need a have thermostatic Shower Valve. So happy with it.

Works still as intended - no complains
Product works well, easy to Install and does for what it is build for. The construction is very light - so great for light Vehicles - for big riggs I would more opt for a Thermostaat Valve. Only Downside is if you shower at very low pressure the Water temperature varies slightly. Ordering and shipping of the Product was perfect.

Works without problem. Much better then a 2 Handle shower Valve. However at low pressure hard to adjust exact temp. For this now way around a heavy Thermostat Valve

Good products with great service and follow up
I didn't like the 2 handle faucet that came in the shower in our new camper. This single handle faucet matched up perfectly and performs just as well. Great product. Easy to install.
With this single lever faucet, it is so much easier to adjust the amount of flow and the temperature instead of fiddling with two knobs. As with any shower faucet, you need to wait a few seconds for the water to travel down the tube for a new temperature setting.
The hot and cold hose connections are 1/4" longer than standard, which means a little more space is needed for the connections.
It is possible to install it upside down so that the diverter points down for the shower head hose.
The lever sticks out in the shower a fair bit, and even more when opened, and in the tight space of a corner shower, you can easily knock it out of adjustment.
The lever has a set-screw and can be removed with an allen key. You can switch the hot and cold pipes, remove the lever and re-install it points the opposite way, and then you need to push it instead of pull it to open the faucet. This way the lever sticks out less into the shower when it is opened. This works when installed upside down too to get the diverter to point down.
the guts of this faucet are identical to the old two valve faucet I replaced it with. So it was easy to install. the single valve will be much better when I have to conserve water. I had to use the old washers and nuts as this faucet didn't come with them. The picture is deceiving as it shows nuts attached. Would have been disappointed if I were doing a new install. Thus, 3 stars.

The faucet should have included the nuts, Im sorry they werent included with the one you purchased.
We love this faucet. It is a much better mixer of hot and cold than having to adjust a two handled faucet. I have recommended it to several of my rv friends.

We still love it after a year. Would definitely recommend.
I like this single lever faucet way better than the cheesy two handle one that came with my 2020 arctic fox. Way easier to control hot/cold water. Also was able to mount it upside down from the picture so my hand held head supply hose would hang properly. Wish the control handle didn't stick out so far though.
