I have an e2 trunion sway control hitch. Im moving it from a 1/2 ton titan pro4 x to an f250. My trailer now rides nose up and the ball is as low as it can go. Do they make a shank with a longer

Yes, we do have weight distribution system shanks that have more drop than what you have now so that your trailer can sit level. For that you could use the part # C17123 which works with your e2 system and can do a drop of up to 8 inches.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
