What All Is Needed to Install MaxxFan RV Roof Vent # MA00-04500K
Question:
I am thinking of purchasing this fan to install in a vent location that currently does not have a powered fan. Just checking to be sure that the only wiring required would be a 12 volt, five amp, two wire connection. Correct?

Yes, you are correct. All you need to wire in the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent # MA00-04500K that you referenced is a power and ground rated for at least 5 amps and a 14 inch by 14 inch square hole cut in your roof.
