If the blower motor of your Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM135 is drawing too much power it could definitely blow a fuse or throw out an error code on the thermostat. If you aren't using a this rooftop unit with an Advent Air wall thermostat, like what's included with part # ACRG15, then you won't be able to see the error pop up.
Your unit could also be stopping because of the anti-freeze protection probe that's clipped onto the coils of the unit to detect frost build up. With how hot it is during the summer it's very easy to build up moisture and have it freeze quickly inside the unit and cause it to shut off. I recommend removing the shroud and checking to make sure that the drain holes in the bottom of the pan are clear and allowing condensation to drain properly.
You could also just be having a communication error with the thermostat or controller. If it's faulty or just miscommunicating it could be thinking it's shutting off at the correct temperature, but in reality it's way off.
