Troubleshooting 2012 Subaru Forester Curt T-Connector Not Sending Power to Trailer
Question:
2012 forester. Power at car connector working properly. No power at flat 4 connector curt mfg Fuse is good. What is wrong?

It sounds like you have the Curt T-Connector # C56040 installed on your 2012 Subaru Forester but the 4-Way trailer connector end doesn't have power to the different pins.
If this is the case then I recommend using a Circuit Tester # PTW2993 to make sure you have power to the different functions going into the Curt module (box) and not just the power line where the fuse is at. If you see the functions working properly going into the box, but not coming out of the box then that means the module is bad and you need to replace the wiring.
This wiring comes with a 1-year warranty so if you're still inside that timeframe I recommend taking advantage of that.
