The Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41547 is a custom fit hitch for certain year make models of Ford Super Duty Cab and Chassis trucks. The mounting holes vary in width distance but they are all about 31" apart on center, and the top of the receiver to the vehicle frame will be about 6-1/2".
Since you're looking to install a hitch on a bus I recommend looking into a universal heavy duty hitch receiver like the Curt # 15903. This is a weld-on installation that a shop can help you modify to fit your application.
