Why Aren't Torque Specs Listed for Curt Hitch 13337

The video states that the bolts should be torqued, what is the torque requirement???

The torque specs are in the attached install instructions link. We don't post them on our site as they are allegedly subject to change so we instead link the instructions straight from manufacturer so in case they get updated we at any point wouldn't have incorrect torque specs listed. See step 3 of attached instructions.
