Solution for MaxxFan 4751KS That Fan Won't Turn On

Question:

I have a 2018 Montana HM320MK fifth wheel trailer with a Maxxair 4751KS fan that doesnt turn on. It will open manually, but the fan doesnt come on when engaging the control panel. I went on the roof and cleaned the rain sensor contacts and it closed with a wet finger so that part seems to work. What else can I check to see what needs to be replaces?

Use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test to see if there is voltage making it to the fan motor when it's switched on. If there is voltage there the fan motor is bad but if not it's the circuit board and the board you'd need is the part # MA10A04751KS.

If it's the motor the part number you need is # MA10-20968.
