I need new jack for my Rangertrail boat trailer. Existing jack decal states 1250 lb tongue weight capacity. Also includes this number - 203960C. Do you have a replacement?

What you have there is a Dutton Lainson jack. There is no longer a direct replacement jack, but you can use the # DL22580 which will be an upgrade. This is a swivel jack with a 1,500 lb capacity and 12" of lift. This has dual wheels for easy maneuvering and a bolt-on installation.
