Question about Yakima Offgrid Medium roof rack. I’m pretty sure this is compatible with the Thule/Subara cross bars on my 2022 Outback Wilderness. But wondering if I could also use it on my wife’s 2023 Rav4 Hybrid. She does not have cross bars so we’d need to get Toyota factory cross bars or we could get something aftermarket that works for both the Rav4 and the Offgrid rack. Any advice/recommendations?

The Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket # Y07138 (medium) works with round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. This basket will work with the factory bars on your Subaru and the factory bars for your Rav4. I also listed aftermarket options that work with your Rav4 and the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket. There are 3 different roof styles for the Rav4, so I have listed an option for each.

No you can not use the long ends to mount the platform. The platform #RR82TB can only be mounted to the legs using the underside crossbars. There is no other spot on the platform that can accept legs.

Hey Christian, yes the Yakima SkinnyWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket #Y07014 does fit your crossbar spacing of 24-3/4 inches. The mounting hardware on the bottom of this would also not interfere with your sunroof either.
