Parts Needed to Tow Trailer with Electric Brakes with Semi Truck

What do i need to hook up a semi with air brakes and it’s electrical connector to a trailer with electric over hydraulic and the rv type of 7 way plug?

The Hayes air actuated electric brake controller part # HA100400C that you referenced is a component you will need as this can convert the air brake intensity of your tow vehicle to electric current for your trailer's brakes.
You will need a 7-way that you'll wire to your current trailer brakes like the # A10-7084VP but the semi truck taillight wiring has the turn signals and stoplights on separate circuits so you would need a converter to combine them to match your trailer wiring. For that you'd need the # RM-732.
