Determining Which Replacement Bearing Kit Fits 2004 Eagle E20-50TTBW Tandem Axle Boat Trailer
Question:
I have a 2004 Eagle boat trailer, tandem axel model E20-50TTBW. I am looking for bearing kits for all 4 tires bearings, races, seals, etc. I also want 2 extra seals and to replace all 4 rubber plugs that cover the grease caps.

I'd be happy to help you find bearing kits for your 2004 Eagle Boat Trailer Model E20-50TTBW, but we have no database to look this kind of thing up so you'll have to do some measuring.
You'll need to remove one of your hubs and try to identify the bearing numbers, or more than likely use digital calipers # PTW80157 to measure the locations of the spindle shown below.
Most tandem axle boat trailers like yours use 3,500lb axles so more than likely you'll need bearing kits # BK2-100, one for each hub so in your case (4), and some marine grease # L74FR. These kits use grease seal 10-19 so for 2 extra seals you'd need # RG06-050.
I'm not 100% sure what grease caps you have, most boat trailers use bearing buddies and for a 3,500lb axle would use the replacement bras # BB19B.
Let me know if you find out you have a different capacity axle/bearing combination and I'd be happy to confirm the correct replacement parts.
