I checked with our vendors and the correct hitch for your 2023 Kia Niro HEV is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C77NR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.
I have attached the instructions below.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
