Installation Help Video For Installing Tekonsha 4-Way Wiring # 119250KIT On a 2006 Mercedes E-Class
Question:
Hi, I’m planning to buy Item # 119250KIT, my car is a 2006 Mercedes’ e350 base, the install video explanation was done on a 2015 Mercedes’ e350, I want to know if the installation is the same, or if something is different, Thank you.

Expert Reply:
Since your 2006 Mercedes E-350 is a W211 and the 2015 is the W212 they are not going to be exactly the same installation. The process of the installation will be the same with some of the steps being exactly the same. I have linked below a video showing the installation of the Curt # C56496 wiring on a 2005 E-class which will be more relevant with having the same W211 chassis. Instead of splicing into the wiring you will instead have the sensors in the Tekonsha # 119250KIT.
