What is The Length From Hitch Pin To Center Of Ball on the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C79NR?
Question:
What is the distance from the pin hole to the center of the ball? I am looking for a 2.5” ball mount with 12” - 14” center to center and a 4.5” to 5.5” drop. I’m using a sleeve reducer and a 7” extension with a 3500 lb trailer on my 2019 F-250 and looking at towing a 7000 lb trailer which with my current setup would be overloaded because of the extender.

The Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C79NR is going to be 12-1/4" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball. This has the 2-1/2" shank you are looking for and can be adjusted from 4-1/2" of rise to a 5-1/2" drop. The 2" ball is rated for a trailer up to 10,000lbs with up to 1,000lbs of tongue weight while the 2-5/16" ball is rated for a trailer up to 20,000lbs with up to 2,000lbs of tongue weight.
